• Snacks - pretzels for the table
• Special coupons for all kids attending - free admission for public skating at a later date

• Free admission for two parents or chaperones to skate (includes skate rental)

• Children’s parties are two hours in length and are held during the following public skating sessions:

                          1.   Saturdays 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

                          2.   Saturdays 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. --Note: This time not offered in July & August

                          3.   Sundays 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

• Partygoers should arrive 15 minutes early.
• Minimum 10 skaters per party. Parties with less will be charged for 10 guests.
• All party food is provided by the Ice Castle. No outside food or drinks is permitted, including birthday cakes and snacks. Additional food, if desired, may be purchased at theIce Castle Snack Bar.
• All parties require a $25 non-refundable deposit that is due within five days after scheduling event. Checks should be made payable to Ice Castle, Inc. Deposits can also be made over telephone with credit card number.  Parties are not considered confirmed until deposit is received.
• Final payment must be made in full on day of party. Deposit will be applied toward total amount.
• Dates for parties are on a first-come, first-serve basis, with required deposit.
• Individuals are responsible for any damages incurred. Damages will be deducted from deposit and/or added to final bill.
• The supervision of children attending the party is the responsibility of the parents.
• Clean-up of party area will be provided by Ice Castle staff.
• Confetti is not permitted in party rooms or rink!
